I met with Amanda Washington at the Overlook in Auburn yesterday at about 12:30pm to do a short tour of the home stretch of the Tevis Trail. Amanda writes a blog called "Cronicles of the Pink Helmet" and is a advid endurance rider. She is from Idaho where her husband is a Equine Vet and she works for the State as a Parole officer.
22 Miles, Overlook to Poverty bar... Nice day, few clouds, trail was a little muddy, but there were places where you could move out. Boys were good together, but very competitive..
